URGENT APPEAL TO SUPPORT TREATMENT OF MASTER NEEL. MASTER NEEL IS IN CRITICAL SITUATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENTAL ELECTRICAL BURN INJURY. NEEL CAME INTO CONTACT WITH HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL WIRE, RESULTING IN 2ND DEGREE SUPERFICIAL AND DEEP BURNS COVERING APPROXIMATELY 40-45% BURN ON SURFACE AREA OF HIS BODY. NEEL EXPERIENCED A BRIEF LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS FOR 5 MINUTES, ACCOMPANIED BY AMNESIA RELATED TO EVENT. FOLLOWING AREAS OF BODY ARE AFFECTED:
1. BACK AND BILATERAL GLUTEAL REGION.
2. POSTERIOR RIGHT THIGH.
3. RIGHT ARM AND ELBOW.
4. STOMACH.
5. RIGHT LEG NEAR THE ANKLE.
6. GENITAL AREA
UNDER GOING TREATMENT, AND IS IN ICU.

My son was playing cricket with his friends, during this the ball got stuck on the roof of a house nearby. Neel got up the Tin roof of the house to retrieve the ball. A small transformer was located beside the house, and it had a short circuit resulting in high voltage electric emission. Neel came in contact with it and had severe burns also resulting in unconsciousness.
We immediately rushed him to AIMS hospital 25 Kms away, and treatment started. Now Neel is stable.
I am a Auto Rickshaw driver and unable to sustain the high cost of treatment.

Neel experienced a brief loss of consciousness for 5 minutes Child is undergoing treatment at Asian Institute of Medical Science Pvt Limited, Dombivli, Thane
Mr. Norman (Child’s father) is an Auto Rickshaw driver and has to support 5 members of family. He is unable to sustain high cost of treatment.
